The applicant must

  • Be a believer of born-again believer with a genuine desire for Christian service.
  • Be at least 18 years old on the date of admission.
  • Possess relevant educational qualifications.
  • Be proficient in the use of the English Language (SPM, O level [Grade 10] English or its equivalent). Applicants whose native language is other than English must pass the Test of English as a Foreign Language (TOEFL/ELTS, minimum score 500). In addition, the COLLEGE reserves the www.conseils-courseapied.com right to administer an English entrance examination for incoming students. Students who fail to achieve a passing grade in this examination will be put on probation and will be required to re-sit an English examination after one term. Students must pass the English examination, failure which, the school reserves the right to terminate the study of the student.
  • Obtain a recommendation from the pastor of the church of which he or she is a member, and one other referee.
  • Submit a completed medical form (for full time admission)

Application Procedure

  • Download the Application For Admission and Character Reference forms.
  • Return the completed forms with:
    • A copy of the applicant’s secondary/post-secondary school education certificate; or an official transcript from previous school/s (i.e. college, university and theological college)
    • Testimonials and any other supporting documents that may be helpful to the applicant’s admission.
  • Two recent passport-size photographs.
  • A non-refundable application fee of RM100 for local application, or US$50 for international application.
  • Two character reference forms: one from the pastor/elder of your church and hebraica.org.br another from a someone (other than a relative) who knows you well.
  • A completed medical form by an authorised doctor (for full-time & international students).
  • All completed applications must be returned to the Registrar prior to the commencement of course. International students will need to

International Application Procedure

  • We are currently unable to admit international students who require student visa through the COLLEGE for studies.
  • International students already in the country with valid visa may apply for admission to the COLLEGE.
  • Completed application for admission must be returned to the Registrar at least two months and approved by the Administrative/Admissions Committee prior to commencement of studies.
  • All supporting documents must be notarized and submitted together with admission forms.
  • Additional information needed for International students:
    • Photocopies of passport, birth certificate and marriage certificate, if married.
  • International students must meet all requirements and financial obligations set by the COLLEGE.




Financial Information

AOIC seeks to provide a quality education for all its students at the most reasonable cost possible. As a private multi-denominational school, AOIC receives no substantial denominational support but is generously sponsored by Grace Assembly, Petaling Jaya.

FINANCIAL POLICIES
All fees should be paid at the beginning of each trimester at registration or on the first day of class.
A student who cannot pay in full at registration must settle all fees within one month.
A student may not register for a new trimester if he/she is in arrears.

REFUND POLICY
Refunds are for course fees only.
The refund of course fees is as follows:-

SCHOLARSHIPS
The following scholarships are available:

Grace Scholarship
This scholarship, awarded by Grace Assembly, will cover all general fees, inclusive of textbooks. This scholarship will be awarded to the student who: (1) is currently serving at a local church in leadership position; (2) will be serving in full-time ministry. The recipient is required to serve in weekend ministry with Grace Assembly and/or its outreaches.

Missions Bursary
This bursary, awarded by the Missions Department of Grace Assembly, provides a monthly allowance and/or housing which requires a student to work a 14-hour week.

AOIC Scholarship
This scholarship, awarded by the school, covers all fees charged by the school and one textbook for each course. This is awarded to students who have financial needs. The recipient is required to serve 5-hour week with AOIC.

Applications for the above scholarships can be made by completing the scholarship application form.This form must reach AOIC office three months prior to the trimester the student plans to enrol. The Administrative Committee of AOIC recommendations for the granting of all scholarship.

Scholarships are awarded subject to funds available and upon the approval of the respective committees. New applications must be submitted annually, as the scholarships would also be based on need, academic performance and evaluation from respective supervisors.

AWARDS
The following awards are given out to outstanding students and announced during the annual graduation service.

The Faculty Award
This award will be given to a student who demonstrate scholastic achievement and have exhibited exemplary leadership qualities, skills in the COLLEGE, in church and community. The recipient of this award will receive financial award, contributed by AOIC faculty members.

The Missiology Award
This award will be given to a student who has both academic achievement and cross-cultural passion and calling. The recipient of this award will receive financial award, sponsored by Interserve Malaysia.

 

ARTICULATION AGREEMENT WITH ORAL ROBERTS UNIVERSITY, USA

AOIC credits are recognized and www.saesi.com accepted by Oral Roberts University (ORU), USA towards a baccalaureate or master's degree. For more information, kindly enquire with the COLLEGE's admin office.
