Dr Evelyn BilesWithin any dynamically growing country such as Malaysia, there are individuals, families, and groups experiencing difficulty in dealing with a culture of change and progress. Identifying those in need and bringing counsel to them requires special training in people helping skills. During my last six years of coming to Malaysia I have found in many an eagerness to take advantage of this education and reach out to those in their communities who are looking for practical guidance and encouragement.
